Information collected
The inquiry form collects contact details, general project location, relationship to the project, description, desired timing, larger-project or active-jobsite context, notes about delicate items, and photographs you choose to provide. Do not submit alarm codes, lockbox combinations, key locations, or other security credentials through the form.
How it is used
Information is used to evaluate project fit, ask follow-up questions, prepare a written scope, schedule accepted work, document completion, and maintain necessary project records. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles, or shared with another contractor without a project-related reason and your knowledge.
A transactional-email provider processes email addresses and delivery metadata so the site can send a receipt and alert me to a new inquiry. Notification emails do not contain uploaded household photographs.
Photographs and portfolio use
Uploaded photographs are stored privately with the inquiry. They are not published, used in a portfolio, or posted to social media without separate permission. Permission to perform work is not permission to publish photographs.
Storage and access
The website host processes submissions and stores inquiry records and files. Uploaded files do not have a public retrieval address and are reviewed through a password-protected inquiry desk. Access is limited to managing the inquiry and accepted work.
Retention
Unaccepted inquiries and their photographs are scheduled for deletion within 24 months after the last contact. Records connected to accepted work may be retained longer when needed for accounting, warranty, insurance, or legal obligations.
Analytics and tracking
No advertising pixels or marketing analytics are enabled. If traffic measurement is added later, this policy will be updated before it is activated.
Correction or deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion, reply through the contact channel used for your inquiry and include the reference shown on the confirmation page. Identity may need to be confirmed before household photographs or records are released or deleted.
